WELCOME

I’m Chelsea

I’ve been a content creator of over 11 years. Freshly postpartum with our 2nd baby and longing for something more than just dudes in diapers, I dove in head first. My passion lies in working in videography, photography and storytelling through multiple social media outlets.

I’m a nostalgic gal who has always been the one in my family and friends taking photos & videos and making memories out of them. If I was running out of a fire, the only material things I would really care about are my camera and computer, the memories those things hold are priceless!

What started as making fun home videos of my family, turned into something more and I jumped feet first into the wedding industry with videography. While producing beautiful cinematic videos was fun, I always ended up with so much incredible raw footage at the end, that it felt weird not giving it to the couple.

After having my daughter in 2021 and getting back into content creation, I realized I no longer wanted to do the long form cinematic videos and wedding content creation was exactly where I wanted to focus my creative energy. In fact, I literally tried to be my own wedding content creator back in 2016 (before it was even a thing) because I had no one to film for me at my wedding. I did the best I could but it’s something I always regret not paying for!

You will always find me with a camera in one hand and a coffee in the other and ready to chat! I can’t wait to create memories together!

What’s my love story?

This might sound cliche but I married my high school sweetheart, no really I did! Our story is my favorite but it’s not traditional, it’s messy and magical and ours.

We met in middle school, rolled with the same friend group, started dating our senior year of high school. We went to different colleges and did the long distance thing for all 5 years of college. After graduation we moved home to metro Detroit to try and figure out what to do with our lives in 2009 when the economy was garbage. I had a minor meltdown, we broke up for a little bit and moved to LA.

I moved back to Michigan, we got back together, got pregnant and had our first son in Dec 2010. With no real direction in what we wanted to do, we both worked 2-3 jobs and then both landed in corporate roles. We lost a baby, had another baby, bought a house, got engaged, got married in Mexico, lost another baby and then added our final puzzle piece baby 8 years later.

Like I said, messy & magical & not traditional but its my favorite because it’s ours!
